This User Agreement governs participation in any coaching programme by Andy Lingfield and Lingfield Learning Ltd. By submitting payment and confirming agreement, you accept the following:

1. Programme Access

You are enrolling in a Lingfield Learning Ltd coaching experience which may include group coaching, private coaching, WhatsApp support, core learning modules, and ongoing resource access. Your access is contingent on your subscription or payment remaining active. If a payment lapses or a subscription is cancelled, access will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions: You have the right to cancel at any time. There are no minimum terms or contracts. You can request a full refund if you cancel within 14 calendar days of your initial payment, regardless of whether you have accessed any part of the programme. If you cancel after 14 days, no refund is due for the current billing period, but your access will continue until the end of that period.

One-off and annual payments: Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days of payment. However, this right reduces to 7 days if you access any part of the programme during that period — including joining coaching calls, logging into video modules, or receiving personal support. After 14 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Conduct & Confidentiality

You agree to participate respectfully, protect confidential information shared in the group, and use programme materials only for personal development. Breach of these terms may result in removal without refund.

4. No Guarantees

This programme offers structured support and proven tools. However, results vary based on personal commitment. No guarantees of earnings, results, or specific outcomes are made.

5. Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes will be resolved under this jurisdiction.

6. Agreement to Terms

This Agreement supplements our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Your payment and confirmation indicate full acceptance of all terms.
